First year the monster seats were there I won a chance to buy 2 standing room tickets for the 2003 ALDS game 3 against the Oakland As. My cousin and I got there early and sat in the first row while the flag was dropped down the monster. People with their tickets for the seats showed up so we respectfully moved. Found 2 more seats and guess what? No one showed up all game for those seats so we sat there all game and watched trot Nixon hit the game winning home run in extra innings. What. A. Game.
$150 per seat for 2nd or 3rd row on a Monday night game against the tigers are the cheapest tickets. Sorry I don't have any unnecessary organs to sell.

Been loving the Red Sox over 50 years now, but I would not pay the price to visit Boston and see a game at Fenway for this year's squad so far. Hotels and transportation in Boston are too expensive, as well as having to pay MLB pricing to watch what has amounted to Minor League pitching. No thanks. Get well soon. Go Red Sox.
Do it once and enjoy. After that you’ll want to sit with everyone else on the stadium. Fun but not ideal way to enjoy a game

I don’t think so. Start winning games first. How nice , playing any Sport is the only work place, where you get paid for not doing your job. They should be paying us to go to see this pathetic team play.
There seems to be two types of fans...….here. One type is "don't worry, be happy" approach and one type is growing concern that the wheels are about to come off the wagon and we are in for a free fall approach. I have been a Red Sox fan since 1965 and I have seen the wheels fall off the Red Sox wagon....more times then many of "don't worry be happy" fans been alive. I think we Red Sox fans can never take anything for granted. Last year was great but that was last year. 2013 was great but that was 2013. There is a major failing in our Red Sox team right now. We have to find it and fix it or else, like in 2014, we will go from being the first to being the last. Alex Cora haven't shown us much so far this year...….and he should know by now that this problem won't solve by itself as he may be hoping. Yeah....being a manager is a real pain, eh?
They forgot how hard it is to win a mlb game. “Oh, we won over a 100 games last year. All we have to do is show up, and get the W.” We are watching a different team so far. They should watch some games from last July. Maybe they’ll get a clue on what it takes to have success in this league.
Are you kidding me? The Red Sox have given you all such victory. Have some faith. If they can't perform this year, there is always the future. Lets not be fair weather fans. I for one am a dye hard fan, win or lose. Can you say the same?
Wow. True they are off to a really rough start but fans gotta be real fans. Celebrate when they do well & support ‘em when they dont. Imagine how THEY must feel about the way they are playing. Theres alot of talent on this team they just gotta get it together. #soxfanforever
John Farrell: Hey, I bet nobody else can lead the Red Sox to a World Series win in their first year as manager, then drive the team completely into the ground the very next season!
Alex Cora: Hold my beer.
I’m a Nats fan, and I support the Red Sox as a American League team. I don’t want redsox game really. So I have a question for you Sox fans.. what’s going on? I see pitching is the problem. But is this just a early season funk, and will be in post season form soon? Or is this starting to be a concern all year? I want to know because I do like the redsox and I want them doing good.
There is certainly validity to the saying "you can't win the division in April, but you sure can lose it". And the Sox are losing it. Even if they play .600 ball from here on out, they're only on pace for 90-92 wins. That won't be enough for the division, and may not even be enough for the wild card.
A sick joke. Screw this team's spring work ethic. Whoever's idea it was to cut the workload of our pitching staff should be fired; I don't care if it's Cora, D.D., whoever. I didn't expect a repeat of 2018, but I would have at least appreciated a competitive team. What we have now is just a joke.
But the bullpen choke it away. Where is the offense? Time to fire the pitching & hitting coaches! 9 games back in the first month of the season?
This team believes the hype and think they can just show up. They haven’t played a good team yet. Tampa this weekend, could be 12 back by Monday
Nathan get the job done and Workman destroy it in a minute. Embarrasing

Little Bret Gardner, always feasts on the Sox and his Grand Slam just did it again. We have no pitching, and play like Little League. Who ever made the decision to rest during Spring training made one hellish, stupid mistake, as it's obvious the team is in Spring training mode.
This season is off to a horrible start, no starting pitching, no relief pitching, little run, production

Too bad the ending wasn’t fun. Pitching horrible. Not able to get the big hit, either. Why is Nunez swinging at the first pitch with two out and men on in the 8th? Right now, they aren’t even a shadow of 2018’s glory.

You can’t win championships in April but you sure can lose them ....
Good start by Nate, he’s always a Yankee killer. But the bullpen.... a lot has been asked of them already.
Offense really has to step up; Betts, Pearce, JBJ, Nunez, Pedroia are all way off form. Even Vasquez is doing better than most of them! It feels like things have been so off for so long, people are swinging at some bad pitches to try to make something happen, feeling the pressure. I’m afraid it’s going to get worse before it gets better.
There's absolutely no chemistry and hunger on this team you can see it on the player's faces they'll look lost no energy at all .

If the Sox have a chance of another great season the bullpen issue must be addressed NOW. It seems they must walk a couple and hit one at every appearance. I do not want to see Kimbrel back. His days of domination are over as he proved last year in the playoffs. Brazier also needs to go. He can’t throw strikes when necessary. Their missing Kelly and some other heads need to roll. The starters will eventually get in shape but they’re just isn’t dependable help in the mid to late innings.

Good start. Baseball gods be kind to the Red Sox tonight.
Too bad the bullpen is garbage! Other than Kimbrel working the 8th and 9th,it sucked last year. Had starters not have worked relief in the post season, there would be no “World Series Hangover!” Not having a quality setup man and closer spells disaster! Welcome to the nightmare boys and girls!
with a win on Friday the Red Sox can improve to 7-13 on the 2019 Season 🙂

But......but......but......how can we win without the magician Sandy Leon catching? We need his knowledge and 120 Pawtucket batting average in the lineup!! He was the one that was going to turn the pitching staff and team around a mere 2 days ago!! Meanwhile we wait to see who our best all around catcher is going to sign with after they released him. LMAO!!
